The continuous qualification and development of our employees is a top priority at Commerzbank.

1. Development is multifaceted

Our employees can choose between three different development paths, depending on their personal goals and operational requirements:

  • Manager in the management career path
  • Project manager in the project career path
  • Specialist in the specialist career path

Three specific qualification programs prepare our employees optimally for one of the three career paths.

We offer a wide range of training measures, selection tools and development programs, e.g. on project management or conflict resolution strategies.

Employees can find out about their own development opportunities at any time on the qualification portal.

2. Extracurricular qualification - a flexible and efficient qualification offer

Commerzbank offers all employees a wide range of development and qualification opportunities. This offer is summarized under "extracurricular qualification" and is oriented towards the individual needs of the employees. The majority of the seminars are offered to all employees across all career paths. This promotes the idea of networking within Commerzbank.

3. Specialist training for all

Specialist training helps our employees to develop their skills in line with their job and to acquire knowledge that is relevant to their current or future tasks. We offer needs-based professional qualification and development measures for employees who want to advance.

4. Basic qualification - a learning offer for a solid foundation

The basic qualification bundles qualification measures on the topics of health, PC applications, language training and Six Sigma. With this offering, Commerzbank creates a solid foundation as part of its development measures.

5. Junior staff training - an investment in the future

Commerzbank relies on junior staff to shape the future together with us. That is why we are particularly concerned to provide this target group a wide range of qualification measures.
